  Welcome! We're excited to walk with your family as your child grows in faith. Please fill out the form below to register your child for Baptism, First Communion, PREP (Parish Religious Education Program), Confirmation, and/or Youth Group.
  
  After you complete the form below, please take the following steps:
  If your student is being confirmed and the candidate was NOT baptized at St. John LaLande, please send Sam Geringer ([email protected]) a copy of your baptism certificate along with the address of the church, so we can notify the church of baptism of the confirmation.
  Pay program fees and select the Fee or Other Payment tile and notate for Confirmation, PREP, First Communion, etc. - Vanco Payment
